Terms of Service

Effective date: July 2, 2026

Sunday Setup is a service-readiness app for churches: shared checklists, issue reporting, and readiness status for worship and production teams. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private and for what happens under your account. Accounts are for real people — don't share one login across a team. Church administrators control who belongs to their church's workspace and what role they have.

Your church's data

Your church owns its data — checklists, issues, photos, help content, and history. We don't sell it, and we only use it to run the service. If you close your church's account, you can ask for an export of your data first, and we'll delete it after a reasonable wind-down period.

Acceptable use

Use the app for its purpose. Don't attempt to access another church's data, probe or overload the service, or upload content that's unlawful or that you don't have rights to.

Availability

We work hard to keep Sunday Setup up and reliable — especially on Sunday mornings — but we can't promise uninterrupted availability. The app is provided “as is,” and your services don't depend on it: it's a tool that supports your team, not a system your worship gathering requires.

Fees

If your church is on a paid plan, fees, billing periods, and what's included are shown at the time you subscribe. We'll give clear notice before any price change takes effect.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sunday Setup isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your church paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending service

You can stop using Sunday Setup at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before the change applies.
